Who are we?
Kareen Germain, the head Designer and owner of Kitchen & Bath Designs by Kareen, brings over 15 years of design experience to the remodeling and new construction field. Her journey began after graduating college with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Transitioning from the world of clothing, Kareen ventured into interior design as a Design Consultant for custom home builders, remodeling showrooms, and finally establishing her own freelance design business.
Kareen's diverse background in fashion and her years of hands-on experience in the interior design industry uniquely positions her to understand the nuances of design aesthetics and functionality. This blend of expertise allows her to provide clients with innovative solutions and visually appealing spaces that spark their creativity.

FAQ
Will you meet with my customer? No. Kitchen & Bath Designs by Kareen only meets with General Contractors and Designers. We depend on you to consult with your customer and communicate their wishes to us.
Will you take my customer to select finishes? No. Selecting cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, flooring, and all of the other finishes for their construction project would take time away from us creating the beautiful 3D drawings you’ll use to win the gig.
Can I base our cabinetry orders on your designs? No. We strongly emphasize that designs created by Kitchen & Bath Designs by Kareen should be used purely for visual purposes only, so your customer can see what you can do for them. We will not be held liable for cabinets ordered based on our designs and don’t fit your space accurately.
Can you design my customer’s space using my preferred cabinet lines? No. There are thousands of cabinet manufacturers out there and each of them have their own unique SKUs and nomenclatures. Learning different ones for every one of our General Contractors would be so time consuming that we couldn’t provide our stunning renderings in an efficient and timely manner.
Do you design rooms other than kitchens and bathrooms? Yes! The Designers at Kitchen & Bath Designs by Kareen can illustrate whatever room your customer is remodeling. The majority of our General Contractors renovate kitchens and bathrooms, but we also design laundry rooms, mud rooms, offices, wall units, garages, and more!
